Sean Paul O’Connor has practiced in Florida for more than two decades. His work brings together careful planning, practical problem-solving, and courtroom experience—an especially valuable combination when family, financial, and fiduciary issues overlap.
He earned his law degree from William & Mary Law School in 1999 and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2003. His practice at Legacy Shield Law is focused on estate planning, probate and trust administration, probate and trust litigation, guardianship, elder law, and financial exploitation.
Sean and his wife, Debbie, both come from large families and have six children together. That experience gives him a personal appreciation for the different personalities, responsibilities, loyalties, and complications that families of every size may face.
Legacy Shield Law is a boutique practice that accepts a limited number of clients. Clients work directly with an attorney who takes the time to understand the people, property, relationships, and risks behind each plan or court matter.
